Reference Sire: Baske Afire x Afire Bey V
Baske Afire's sire, Afire Bey V, certainly needs no introduction. As the #1 leading sire of halter and performance horses at
both the U.S. and Canadian Nationals for many years running, he is a household name in the industry. His famous son, Baske Afire is becoming a big name in his own right. He is creating a lot of excitement through his progeny and will be a part of an exciting night at Scottsdale '08 when he goes up for sale at auction.
In the performance ring, his get are a standout as well. At the 2007 Scottsdale Show, Sin City (x Las Veghaz) and Sommelier (CL Bay Love) were Champion and Reserve in the Arabian English Pleasure Performance Futurity class. In The Line Afire (x El Milagro's California Capers) was unanimous champion in the Half-Arabian Junior orse class. The 2007 National Championship shows were just the beginning for Baske Afire and his get, with several Championships and Top Tens going to his offspring.
We are hopeful as well. Baske Afire's 4-year old son, Baskghazi, is a major part of the showing and breeding program at Smoky Mountain Park Arabians and will be shown in the English Pleasure Futurity class at Scottsdale '08.
