The Nobelest (reference sire)

The Nobelest, sire of Al Shama Batal, is a three time National Champion English Pleasure Horse. On his way to those titles he was trained by Arabian horse industry greats Tim Shea, Ray LaCroix and Jim Lowe. Jim Lowe rode The Nobelest to his United States National Championship in Open English Pleasure. Later in 2001, the stallion’s amateur owner Natasha Pfurtscheller rode The Nobelest to his Canadian National English Pleasure title as well as the Amateur Owner To Ride U.S. National English Pleasure Championship.

Today, Chris and Lisa Cortese own the Nobelest. At Cortese Arabians, they are quick to point out that The Nobelest foals are winning in the show ring more than any of the other MHR Nobility sons.
